Shipping charges incurred in connection with resize or returns of a product are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Shihara.

We are happy to resize your ring within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to a small upcharge. Contact us at email@example.com about your resizing possibilities. Please allow 3-4 weeks for resizing, added to the delivery time to and from Shihara.
We are unable to offer resizing on Full Eternity Rings and Plate Rings. If you would like a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size. Please note that different sizes are subjected to an upcharge.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to answer any questions. Many of our products are very delicate. Damage or twist may occur with excessive uneven force. Product may get caught in garments, resulting in unexpected accidents. Handle with care.
Remove product during physical work, sports, before bed, and keep away from reach of children. If skin irritation or problems are noticed during use, stop using immediately and consult a doctor.
Quartz and pearls: All products are delicately made and are sensitive to heat. We recommended avoiding high temperature and hot water conditions. Heat may damage the gold, quartz or pearls.
Chain bracelets and necklaces: It is advised that pieces with a T-bar are looped at least twice during wear. Avoid wearing during sport activities to prevent the T-bar from loosening up and coming undone. Do not excessively pressure the hardened parts of chain, as it is prone to bend/deform.
