Complimentary Taxes and Duties

All international taxes and duties are complimentary to Shihara.

Please note that there may be instances where recipients are liable for local sales taxes or import duties, depending on the country of residence.

Please note that when you order multiple items including both made-to-order and stock items, your orders will ship as they all become available.If you would like to have in-stock items delivered before made-to-order items, please make a separate payment for each item.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping within Japan : Our standard shipping is a flat rate of¥648 with tax.

International Shipping : We offer free shipping on all orders of $600 or more.
Please note that our services are not available in certain regions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.

Signature is required upon delivery of any package for your protection. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with resize or returns of a product are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Shihara.

We deliver all over the world with few exceptions. Please contact us at online@shihara.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding shipment to your country.

Resizing

We offer complimentary ring resizing on resizable rings. If you need ring resizing, you must contact us at online@shihara.com within 3 days of the delivery date about your resizing possibilities. Please allow 3-4 weeks for resizing, added to the delivery time to and from Shihara. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product.

Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Online Returns

All sales are final, with exceptions made for flawed or damaged items. However, we do not accept return requests for the following reasons:

・Size discrepancy.

・Variation from expectations.

・Difficulty in wearing.

・Items received as gifts.

・Allergic reactions.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges for merchandise. If you would you like to reorder and are unsure about sizing, please reach out to online@shihara.com for assistance.

Care Instructions

Please follow list of steps below to ensure your jewelry lasts a lifetime.

Many of our products are very delicate. Damage or twist may occur with excessive uneven force. Product may get caught in garments, resulting in unexpected accidents. Handle with care.

Remove product during physical work, sports, before bed, and keep away from reach of children. If skin irritation or problems are noticed during use, stop using immediately and consult a doctor.

Quartz and pearls: All products are delicately made and are sensitive to heat. We recommend avoiding conditions of high temperature and hot water.

Changes in appearance of surface finishes are not considered a defect, but a sign of normal wear and tear.

Chain bracelets and necklaces: It is advised that pieces with a T-bar are looped at least twice during wear. Avoid wearing during sport activities to prevent the T-bar from loosening up and coming undone. Do not excessively pressure the hardened parts of chain, as it is prone to bend / deform.
